Regular Board of Director meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm (Colorado time).
During winter months, the meetings are held via Zoom. Please send an e-mail to: president@wolfcreekgunandbow.org to request the Zoom information.
We encourage members to attend these meetings so you are aware of what is happening in your organization.
Only agenda items will be discussed during the meeting. If any member wishes to have an item added to the agenda, please send an e-mail to: president@wolfcreekgunandbow.org at least 10 days prior to the meeting.
The Annual Business Meeting will be held the second Saturday of August each year.
